Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

2. Shipping Cost & Delivery Time

  • International Shipping: Global delivery available to most countries. Transit time ranges from 7–20 business days, depending on destination and local logistics efficiency.

3. Tracking Information

A shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to your registered mailbox once goods are dispatched. Tracking data may update 24–48 hours after shipment.

4. Customs & Import Fees

International buyers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import tax, clearance fees or local charges imposed by your country’s customs authority upon arrival. We will not cover these extra costs.

5. Delivery Issues
